What are the dimension? How wide, how thick? I want/need at least 1 inch (25mm) to 1.25 inch (30 mm) across and 1/8 in (2.5-3.5mm) thick.

The ones I ordered were somewhere between 4-6" long, maybe 1/4-3/8" wide and approx 1/16" thick. I used them to secure stuffed chicken breasts. Worked well.
