Awesome product

I don’t usually write much reviews but this one is totally worth it. I have cold feet and i keep it on my bed and it makes me feel nice toasty. Just takes some minutes to reach the required temperature. Definitely recommend. I have the small mat too

What’s so good about it

I burned my ankle bone while sleeping even Temperature was not high to burn anything. Following their instructions doesn’t really work. I should have covered with a sheet. Contacted customer service twice for advice but no response for more than 2 weeks. Strong and well made mat but don’t see any difference between other bio mats in the market with much cheaper price and definitely more professional customer service.
