Excellent quality headgear! This RDX boxing helmet offers outstanding protection without sacrificing comfort or visibility. The padding is thick and well-distributed, especially around the cheeks and forehead, which makes it perfect for sparring and intense training sessions. The adjustable straps ensure a secure and snug fit, and it stays in place even during heavy movement. The material feels durable and high-quality, and the inner lining is comfortable and doesn’t cause irritation, even after long workouts. I also appreciate that it provides solid protection while still allowing good airflow and clear vision. Overall, this is a fantastic headgear for boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, or any martial arts training. Great value for the price — highly recommended! 💪🥊
