I had problems with stomach off and on for over a year ,bloating ,indigestion ,pain,discomfort,pain on under left rib cage . Had all possible tests and scans done ,gallbladder ,liver ,pancreas and all was good. I never heard of pylori before ,my friend suggested to get tested ,so before going to gp I purchased this test and it’s positive . Gp done another test and today I received phone call to confirm it’s positive . Got prescribed 2 antibiotics and omeprazole ,fingers crossed for this pain to end. Highly recommend this test ,easy to use ,cheap and accurate . If you have any symptoms don’t wait and get tested ,untreated pylori can cause stomach ulcers and even cancer .

Very good, 5" I decided to test myself because I was experiencing pain under my right rib, but my ultrasound and blood work came back clear. So tested to rule out a peptic ulcer which could be caused by Helicobacter and received a positive result within minutes. My GP then referred me for a formal lab test, which confirmed the result, and I was prescribed a course of treatment. Will buy another test to confirm eradication four weeks after completing the treatment.

Clear instructions and quite straightforward. Only suspect bit is the poo catcher. Difficult to ensure you fit it in the right place. You might be better using a suitable container like a takeaway tray. The test itself is fine and works much the the covid tests that we all got to know and love not so long ago.

Easy to use but do I trust the results? Hope so.

The kit seems to work well (of course I can't say that with certainty!). What I mean is that the actions were as the instructions predicted. THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT THE INSTRUCTIONS DON'T TELL YOU PROPERLY HOW TO DO THE TEST, so best to buy two kits, the first to get it wrong and understand what is wrong with the instructions, the second to do it right. Alternatively, read this correction - The test probe has two caps, the big pen like cap that stays ON for the first part of the test, and a second smaller blue cap that you unscrew for the first part of the test WHILE HOLDING THE TUBE UPRIGHT SO THE LIQUID DOESN'T RUN OUT. GOT IT? GOOD LUCK! It's easy once you understand that there are two different caps, one at each end.

Bought it as had change in bowel movements that didn't go away so bought more for curiosity which came back positive. Went to gp where I repeated the test (not self test) and it was positive also. So I think it's accurate. Will be buying again if symptoms came back Only think i didn't like was the belt to stick in the toilet, it just didn't work for me and end up not holding the stool

Note that I was negative on the test and didn't have a GP test to compare, but the test itself arrived in good condition, had everything I needed and instructions were easy to follow.

Mine unfortunately came back positive, but I went to GP after and they insisted on retest. This also came back positive thus proving accuracy of this one. I was given triple therapy which involves 2 X antibiotics and 1 X proton pump inhibitor. Be aware that this treatment gave me heartburn for the first time ever in my life which continued to trouble me for several years after taking them. It still has not resolved and I cannot seem to find solution as yet. All I’m saying is that if you can find an alternative treatment maybe NOT antibiotics or drugs, then try that first instead!!!! I’m not the only person that I know who developed chronic heartburn following this treatment!

Prima, um selbst den Test durchzuführen.

Man sollte sich vorher die Anleitung anschauen. Diese ist englisch und mehrsprachig auch auf deutsch auf dem Toiletteneinleger dabei. (siehe Bilder ) Die Zeitangaben auf den Pfeilen sind etwas klein und wir hätten die 2 Minuten zum Schütteln beinahe übersehen. Bei uns hat der Test bisher mehrmals gut funktioniert. Wir wollten damit das Laborergebnis des Arztes nochmal überprüfen. Da alle Tests nur etwa zu 95% sicher sind bestand noch ein 5% Restrisiko dass etwas anders ist. Da wir eine nachgewiesene Infektion haben war der Vergleich simpel. Ein Familienmitglied hat die Heliobacter Pylori und die anderen nicht. Wir haben also das Laborergebnis nochmal mit dem Test bestätigt. Die Positiv Linie beim T (Test) ist zwar etwas flau rötlich aber nach 10 Minuten doch noch gut erkennbar. Am nächsten Tag wird sie eher gelblich ist aber noch erkennbar. Die Kontrolllinie (C) ist immer deutlich rot verfärbt. Somit waren alle Tests i.O.. Bis auf den Preis sind wir zufrieden. Der Test könnte ein paar EUR günstiger sein. Das mitgelieferte Papier zum Einkleben in die Toilette haben wir nicht verwendet. Da wir schon öfters Stuhlproben sammeln mussten haben wir auf Frischhaltefolie umgestellt. Diese ist breiter und lässt sich leicht an der Toilettenschüssel befestigen. Sie hält von selbst. Vorteil ist dass diese breiter ist und wenn die Kids dann soweit sind ist die Chance größer dass etwas darauf landet. Nachteil der Frischhaltefolie ist natürlich dass man diese nicht einfach runterspülen kann sondern in einer Mülltüte entsorgen sollte.

Hatte überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Weggeschmissenes Geld!

Ich habe mir den Test hier gekauft, da er in der Apotheke bedeutend teurer gewesen wäre und beim Arzt viel länger gedauert hätte. Der Test hier lässt sich ganz einfach durchführen und des dauert nicht lange bis das Ergebnis erschienen ist. Somit kann man den Test für wenig Geld selbst durchführen und man hat sofort die Gewissheit, ob man die Bakterien hat oder nicht. Ich habe den Test jetzt nach ein paar Monaten sogar zum zweiten Mal gekauft. Einen Stern muss ich leider abziehen, da die Verpackung jedes mal beschädigt war und die Anleitung nicht ganz so einfach zu verstehen war, jedoch haben mir die Kommentare/Bewertungen hier sehr weitergeholfen.

Hat bei mir leider nicht funktioniert. Bekam ein ungültiges Ergebnis. Werde den nächsten Test gleich beim Arzt machen lassen, um sicher zu gehen. Aber der Test ist sehr einfach durchzuführen und somit leicht verständlich.
