WOW! Finally found a arch support that is comfortable. Feels hard in hands but in boots has some flexibility with strength. I ordered for men so is larger 1 size up. I am female size 8. Men's size 8-9 fits me well. Has some metatarsal support. Not extreme, just right! Who made these? Someone who knows what they are doing. Thank you. UPDATE: Next day still good and NO pain in feet from wearing them all day yesterday. 3rd day still good. I like the heel = no cushion added. Heels drop down in boots and makes the back release, drop down, relax. Walkfits used to be like this years ago, but they changed the model, added a heel cushion and it pushes the heels up and tightens the back. Ruins the natural support. Will now stay wit these new infusion blue arch supports. Its perfect! UPDATE: after many days using them after gaining a lot of weight, fat and doing very heavy lifting; my foot gets stiff. A old injury that also occurs without supports. So... will use these on and off and try to lose 40 lbs. They DO help my posture, back. Doctor says to use on and off til used to them. I have a similar version that works paid more for it I tried this version from Amazon get the same results my sciatica and pain in the knees have literally gone away when I am wearing them. I don’t leave the house without them be careful of the sun size they intend to be a bit wide other than they work fine which the seller would in Clyde the Velcro dots or with some instructions

I have insoles from the good feet store and I love them. I wanted another set so I don’t have to dig them out of my tennis shoes and I thought I would take a chance on these. AMAZING. I love them and they are perfectly priced

Fits in my shoes perfect. Hardness is on point , good value for the money I spent on it and even gives me pain relief in my legs .

2 year update: 3/23/25 Have had 4 pair two years now and ordering another pair to reduce shoe swapping. These have reduced my back pain so much! Since a back injury years ago I’ve had to get chiropractic adjustments almost weekly. Finally figured out my shoes where one of the main factors! They didn’t matter before the injury, but after it, my hip was getting misaligned due to poor arch support causing my foot to tilt slightly inward. I got my foot measured and tried a few soft and hard supports. These hard supports are by far the most universal and best I’ve found. I slip them under the original padding of the shoe and my chiropractic trips are 1-2 times per year now instead of weekly! I’ve had one set for over a year and they still work like new. They are hard plastic and very durable. I paid $65 for a set at a local store and later found these for 1/2 that. They are the same size and I’ve bought 3 more pair. Truly a life saver for my back injury which will never heal correctly. I’ll eventually have a set for each shoe so I don’t have to swap them between shoes.

My favorite arch supports are no longer available and these, being of similar construction and design, looked to be a likely replacement. I wear a men's 12D/12M. These supports are very wide, a good 1/2" or so wider than my previous supports. Too wide to fit into some of my boots and wide enough that they would have damaged those they did fit into.
