I purchased these because they have a lot of the vitamins and minerals I've been purchasing separately, all in one supplement. I've been taking them for just a few days but I already feel a change in my energy levels. For the past several days I have not taken an afternoon nap. Usually i can't make it through the day without sleeping at some point after 11AM. Also the b12 and folate are methylated. this is very important as they can contribute methyl groups. Most vitamins have b12 and folate but they are not methylated. I also love that this has K1 and k2. And minerals! Just an all around great vitamin and mineral supplement. I will definitely be re-ordering. Thank you to this company for making such a great/valuable product.

I love these pills!! They are easy to swallow. They really help with sleep and focus. I noticed a huge improvement with these vitamins. I have them on auto-ship because they are incredible.

these are pretty good Multis for women. I like the ashwagandha in it also. It provides a good base of vitamins and i feel no digestion or other problems. I take one in the am and one at night. The value for the money is spot on. I like the vitamins and minerals it provides. This works well for me, i am in my 60’s

What witchcraft is this!? Housekeeper here, up early for work for an extremely physical job. I've just taken two of these multivitamins again today for the second day, and within 15 minutes I feel a fog lift inside of my brain to this wonderful calm, awake, awareness. There are no Jitters no crashes, just pure feel good, awake and refreshed energy. My mood has lifted as I am typing this and I just wanted to let you know if you're thinking of trying these multivitamins out, that you absolutely should. I am presently adding these to my subscribe and save cart because they're that good. Wow. (And I had margaritas last night, lol)

Seems to be a good vitamin replacement
