The product was not packed properly, it was not sealed pack. Not sure this is the fresh product or not and I felt it very dry. Not happy with the product I received.

Beide make up artikelen zonder een seal ontvangen. Gelijk medewerker gesproken . Deze beloofde of een korting of de artikelen opnieuw kosteloos na te sturen ( terecht ) Nu is het opgepakt door de afdeling en deze komen de belofte dus niet na! Alleen retourneren en wachten op je geld . Ik word de klantenservice van Amazon zo beu . Ze werken zo langs elkaar heen . De een beloofd dat en de ander dus weer niet ! En als klant trek je dus altijd aan het kortste eind ! Dit mag niet zo zijn! Dit is dus al de 3de ervaring in 1 jaar tijd ! Ik was dol op Amazon heb zelfs een lidmaatschap op prime video . Maar alles begint mij een beetje tegen te vallen . Als je problemen hebt met producten is het geen goede winkel ! En er gaat toch best redelijk vaak iets fout . Tel uit je winst . En denk na voor je besteld . Een ongesealde make up item is onhygiënisch en zou dus gebruikt kunnen zijn . Ik mag hem retourneren . En wat doen jullie er dan mee? Weer verkopen ?
