Micro Ingredients GELATIN POWDER 2LB

Great little weight loss trick. Fools your stomach into thinking it’s full! Tasteless, odorless.I did discover that you can either let it bloom in cool water, which seems to be the easiest way. But it will mix with hot beverage if you take your time, otherwise it will clump.

I’m very happy with this beef gelatin powder. I like that it comes from grass-fed and pasture-raised beef, which makes me feel good about using it for my family. The quality seems excellent, and the 2-pound container is a great size to keep on hand for regular use.I primarily use it to make homemade gummy snacks for my kids, and it works really well. The gelatin dissolves nicely and sets up into a good, firm texture without any issues. Homemade gelatin snacks are a simple way to make something the kids enjoy while having more control over the ingredients.

Quite a bit cheaper than the name brand and can't tell the difference.

Bought this on sale for $23 which is the cheapest I've found per ounce. Bought 3 bags. I mix this into drinks, smoothies, etc to get more protein I my diet and help with digestion. It seems to have really helped with my digestion, bloating and constipation. Plus it's supposed to be good for hair and nails due to collagen. It doesn't say grass fed anywhere on the bag so not sure of the origin.

This beef gelatin works very well as a thickening agent for desserts and recipes. Since it is unflavored, it blends easily into different foods without changing the taste. I’ve used it for homemade gummies, desserts, and even to add texture to soups and sauces. The powder dissolves well when prepared correctly and the quality feels very good. The bag is also resealable, which helps keep the product fresh. Overall, it’s a versatile ingredient to have in the kitchen, especially if you enjoy baking or making homemade treats.
