Great stuff!
I'd recently got to my usual point of frustration with my beard and was about to shave it off and start over, again, when a friend said, "Try some beard oil." But I don't wanna be a hipster, do I have to wear suspenders and skinny-jeans with that? Okay, fine, what's cheap and not too much of a commitment? Well Hello there, sampler gift set. My beard is coarse and straight (and red, ftw) and my skin is ridiculously sensitive to, well, basically EVERYTHING. First day with the Duckbutter, I was expecting the worst. Happy news, this stuff is awesome! It takes a lot of the itch out of my beard, and makes it more 'trainable'. The scents are nice, not too strong, although my girlfriend says the Beard Commander is 'too industrial'. Well, honey, I'm trying to be more manly, it was either that or 10W-30 motor oil. The only thing I have to take care with is to keep it off my mustache, or my lips will start to sting. Thank you, sensitive baby-face-skin. Definitely worth the price, and it only adds a bout a minute to my morning routine.

Duck butter is a nice blend of oils
Duck butter is a nice blend of oils. Makes my beard soft and keeps the skin underneath moisturized. I loved the Beard Commander and Metro Spice Scents. The other 2 weren't my favorite, but that's just a matter of preference. I'm sure others will like them. I probably prefer the eye droppers to the drip out containers, but over all would buy the Beard Commander scent as one of my main scents. Very happy with the oil and that specific scent.

Excellent product
This set is priced very reasonably and offers a nice variety of scents - some were traditionally woodsy but others were new and exciting (like Metro Spice). If you aren't sure what scents you like or you like to switch it up, this is definitely a good product. Additionally, although a minor point, I rarely see the kind of care DuckButter put into their packaging. They shipped everything in a study box that protected the bottles well and keeps them in place. I put my oils back in the box every single time and I feel comfortable putting the box in luggage when traveling. If that much care is put into packaging, you can only imagine the care that is put into the actual product. The bottom line is this: the oils work, they smell good, they let you experiment, and they won't put a hole in your wallet. Quite frankly, I was surprised at the astonishing quality I got for the price. If you're shopping for beard oils, look no more. This is the one (or the four)!

Scented oils are a personal thing
I see lots of 5 star reviews so I went for it. I know scented items are a personal thing but I sure don't love these. Worst has to be the Forest Ranger. It smells like you just sharpened a #2 pencil and sniffed it. Really. Beard Commander is about the best. Metro Spice and the Cool Mint aren't horrible. Luckily the scent of each is not all that strong so that you are forced to smell it all day no matter if you like it or not. Overall the oil itself I feel is a good quality oil. Pros for the packaging and the value. $5 a bottle for a good quality oil is a good thing.

Great! Especially for the price!
1. It came neatly packaged, which is a huge plus. 2. Everything is as described. 3. The scents were nice but not overbearing 4. It was very affordable compared to most oils on the market. 5. Makes a great gift for any man looking to grow out his facial hair. I wanna say I was sceptical at first since I fully believe in "you get what you pay for". That being said, you get so much more bang for your buck on this one. It was so affordable that I gave one of the scents to my buddy so he could try it out and we are both very pleased. I prefer the forest ranger myself. It smells like you just spent a day hiking in the woods. It's got that fresh pine smell and it is simply amazing. All the scents were good though. Like I said, not overbearing but strong enough that you can tell which is which.

Thick Oil, Lasting Scent, Insane Value
Firstly, scent tier list: 1. Metro Spice 2. Forest Ranger 3. Beard Commander 4. Cool Mint (Mainly just mint) Secondly, the review. This is huge value for money and is a great way to get some good scents into a growing collection. I have a curly, coarse beard and find that this oil is "Good". I have found it's on the thicker side and doesn't absorbed very quickly. That tends to leave a residue on my beard versus some other oils I've tried. With that said, what I have found is these are perfect after a shower but before bed. The scents are of medium to high strength. They have great longevity and tend to stay on the hair. If your hair is great at absorbing thicker oils, or if you're looking for a great way to add more scents into your collect, purchase this.

Just got my box of oils and they all smell great and not too overwhelming. Oils nice and not too runny or viscous. Worth the purchase

This stuff smells wonderful and there are enough that you can vary your aroma on almost a daily basis (if you only left the house 4 days a week then it would be a daily basis, you could hide on the other 3 days and not let anyone near you). Compared to other beard oils (I have only tried one, which was the one with a picture of a bear on it) I find that the smell lasts a lot longer, well into the day. I dont really know what beard oil is meant to do so I can only really comment on the smell, oh and it feels nice when I run it through my very short beard. I was hoping it would make my beard grow faster like some magic beans or something but I haven't noticed any accelerated growth yet (but hey give it a chance as its early days yet). I did find that using a metal comb helped spread the oil better through my tiny beard. I have quite sensitive skin and this hasn't caused any unwanted issues in that department. I am worried about the name of the company as to get butter you need milk and I didnt know you could milk ducks, I have tried googling this but it started getting weird so I stopped.

Having never tried beard oil before I was skeptical if it was worth buying prior to making the purchase but after 2 weeks of use I can happily report that I am more than satisfied! Not only is it great value having the variety of smells is a huge bonus! It's certainly improved the softness of my beard as a whole and has made shaping it far more manageable. Worth a buy and a perfect cheap gift set with Christmas around the corner!

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday. He has super sensitive skin but this beard oil doesn't seem to irritate, must be all the natural goodies in it. He's been using Beard Commander and it smells delicious on him, he's not tried the other scents yet but they all smell amazing in the bottle. It leaves his beard feeling soft and shiny with none of the 'beard dandruff' that he's had before. The only issue that has come up is that the bottle cap has broken in his washbag, we've managed to salvage most of the oil but we'll have to decant it into something else as he is on the road a lot and doesn't leave it at home.

Excellent value for the price as really good quality products. They smell really nice without being overpowering, very fresh and leave beard soft and healthy looking. Perfect buy to try more than one scent at a time and also for gift for special man in life.
