These took some getting used to, but eventually they became comfortable.

Bought this for my father. He was unable to fit them round his knees. He is of normal size so that is not the problem. I told the makers about this problem in case it turned out there was a larger size. They gave me the absolutely absurd suggestion to tell him to tie a scarf round the pads to keep them in place!!! That's supposed to help an 87-year old man suffering from arthritic pain in his knees!

Came without instructions, so unable to comment yet, waiting on a reply to my question

I have not a clue how these work, all I know is that when I moisten them as directed and put them on my knees they heat up very quickly and provide a soothing remedy to years of pain.

Very quick delivery but the product caused a little irritation to the skin and created too much heat. It is useful if used for short periods of time.
