The pet fountain is a great product. The water flow is quiet and consistent, and there is absolutely zero motor noise from the pump. The design is nice, too! I did have a problem with the filter latch (under the lid) being difficult to open, but their customer service was top notch and they resolved the issue quickly.

Our cat absolutely loves this fountain, and we love it for that! Works well and does what it’s supposed to do. I would like to add that above all this, their customer support is just amazing. We had an issue with the pump after a year of use, we contacted customer support for a fix. Not only Sue responded promptly, but she sent us a replacement instantly and made it up for us. Sue was very professional, prompt, and a real pleasure to talk to.

My cat loves this fountain, and it is very quiet and a reasonable price. It has a big problem, though, in the latched filter compartment under the lid is virtually impossible to open. Kitchen knife doesn’t help, and it usually takes about 5 minutes to get it open. It’s so tough that I dread cleaning it. I would order another one but don’t know if they’ve fixed the latch problem, and it seems like they don’t have lid replacements.

This seemed smaller than I thought- however, the cats like it and that all that matters! Its unbelievably easy to set up, easy to fill and the pump is silent. Theres a small blue light to help you see the inside water level- its not a blaring light- not even light enough to be a night light which is good so I can put this anywhere and there's no light or noise to bother me. The water capacity is fine for 2 cats! The unit is stainless steel so I think its durable and easy to clean. The price was right and it gets the cats out of my sink!

Worked great for a couple of months. The whole point of buying stainless steel is to have something easy to clean... 2.5 months after buying, a screw has rusted and the inside of the water bowl is ruined.

Oh so fast to clean, easy instructions for a quick set up, if it weren't for the bright light luminating the water level, I didn't know it was on, I swear it doesn't make a sound. I'm a hand washer of dishes so the ease of cleaning is the best part for me. The charger cord is the perfect length and the extra filters will give me time to set up a subscription order. It is small in size and it doesn't take up much space my four adult cats don't seem to mind, they drink out of it one at a time anyways. The last fountain I had was the stainless 360, took up a bunch of space and was really took so much effort to clean, I just gave it away and went back to using my casserole dishes as their water bowl.

Great fountain, I got for my cats. But even better in the company and their outstanding customer service. Sue is wonderful and they stand behind their warranty policy because they have great pride in their products. I'd recommend this fountain to anyone and I will be a lifelong customer to this company.

This was perfect until the motor lasted 3 months and it started making noise and scaring the cat. I contacted the company and they sent me a video on how to clean the motor. Once I did that. It went back to being perfect. My cat drinks more water from this then the old plastic one. Easy to clean.

Highly recommend this fountain! My two cats absolutely love it. I bought the 2L size, but if you have more than one cat I’d suggest going for the larger size. I really like that it’s made of stainless steel, which is much better and more hygienic for cats compared to plastic. It was super easy to assemble and it’s also very easy to clean — I just put the parts in the dishwasher and it’s done. Another big plus is that it’s very quiet, you can barely hear it running. It also comes with two sets of filters, which should last about two months, although I personally change them a bit sooner so I bought extra filters separately. I’ve tried a few different water fountains before, and this is honestly the best one I’ve found so far

My cats favorite water fountain. So much easier to clean than some brands. About a year in the pump started getting a little loud, dispute cleaning it. I reached out to use the 2 year pump warranty and Sue was quick to get me a replacement pump ordered and shipped at no additional costs to me. My cats are very happy its back and functioning!

super quiet, no loud pump noise lid doesnt quite sit right, but the cat doesnt mind that so far the steel hasnt tarnished or rusted at all, so thats a promising sign level indicator can be a little hard to see the water level through, usually just lift the lid to see built in filter catches a ton of cat hair, so that works well to keep the pump clean all in all, a good little fountain for your feline

My 3 cats absolutely love this OneIsAll water fountain -- they're definitely drinking more than they do when they just have a regular water bowl. One of my cats insists on drinking water from the bathtub (I have to turn on the tap when he jumps in) -- but he's been a total convert to this fountain, which means he's not waiting on me before having a drink. The pump on the fountain abruptly failed after about 4 months, but since it comes with a 2-year warranty, I reached out to the email address in the instructions booklet, and a customer service agent named Sue was super responsive and send me a whole new unit, which I received within about 4 days! Totally excellent customer service experience, and my cats are back to enjoying the fountain they love!

Purchased the product in April 2025. The motor start making loud noise a month earlier and it finally stopped working. Very disappointed with the quality of the product.
