Quality item
I love this company’s frames They use real glass (not plexiglass ) The frames are stylish. They are packaged superbly well for shipping and arrive very quickly. Reasonable price for a consistently good product

good but check measurements
Good quality frame, Iv bought a few now. However, The inner mount size isn’t cut accurately. One frame I have is 9.5”x9.5” and another is 9.8”x9.8”. … sounds petty but it is annoying for accurate/matching images…but for the price you can’t really knock it

Frames are great, Customer service is excellent!
I bought these frames to put up some pictures in my sons bedroom. On arrival they looked great and seem pretty sturdy, however one had arrived damaged (glass was shattered in the package). Luckily glass had stayed within the cellophane wrapping and so hadn't scratched any of the other frames. When I notified PF+A of this they couldn't have been more helpful. Within a couple of days my replacement frame was on it's way. It is now here and is of the quality as the other frames. A decent amount of packaging is used during shipping so generally the frames are well protected. I think I must have been unlucky. Packaging is also 100% recyclable which is another point in this sellers favour. Overall I'm very happy with the frames themselves and the customer service I received. The frames are now ready to go up on the wall.

Perfect size and perfect fit
I do a lot of diamond art and these frames are the perfect size and a perfect fit, also it’s hard to get a frame with glass so I’m so pleased to get these , they came very well packaged so all round a great buy, I would recommend them to anyone

Good Quality
Very good quality, very well wrapped and in perfect condition . The white mount is what I wanted as some frames have a cream mount and can be tricky trying to find the right one. This second buy was to match the same frame I previously bought.
