I've been using this probiotic for about 2 yrs now and it has helped to regulate an intestine issue I was having successfully. I've tried a lot of brands but this one worked the best of all. It's definitely affordable, easy to incorporate into my daily routine and I even bought a bottle for my sister to try. I haven't (ugh) heard any stories since then

I’ve been using this New Rhythm probiotic consistently and have been very satisfied with it. I added it to my daily routine and found it to be great quality as it is easy to take without causing discomfort. The capsules are a manageable size, and I haven’t experienced any negative side effects while using them. The white capsules provide the ingredients my body needs and since starting it, everything has felt more regular for me, which was what I was hoping for when I purchased it. I also appreciate that it doesn’t upset my stomach, improved my digestion, and helped tremendously to reduce gas. The amount you spend on 60 capsules I do believe is fair and a good value, especially when if there is a temporary price reduction! Overall, this has been a solid probiotic option for me, and I plan to continue using it.

I got these for my elderly mom because she was having some girl issues and I was told to try a good probiotic to see if it would help her. SHe did have some gut issues too of irregularity of both timing and consistency and this has helped on both fronts. The capsules are kind of big, but no larger than her vitamins and supplements so overall they are pretty average size for a supplement. The quality is good, we've not had any popped open capsules that can sometimes occur with powdery supplements inside delicate capsules. These seem pretty well constructed and they do the trick. We're on our third bottle, and they are so much better price wise than the refrigerated versions-- and I think she is more apt to take these because if she has to go looking in the refrigerator for an additional item she needs to take, she'd probably forget it. They seem effective, she hasn't had girly issues and though she does still have some irregularity with bowels her gut health seems overall improved. Will continue to buy.

I found this to be average in terms of helping my digestion. I moved up to a different probiotic with 300 Billion count & am having much better results.

This product really changed my life. Medication that I take has caused me to experience SEVERE constipation consistently for the past 14 years. No laxatives or any level of hydration including loads of fiber have ever really made a big enough difference to be regular for any length of time. But, I started taking these probiotics a shot-in-the-dark. I had seen in online articles that probiotics seem to be controversial as to whether or not they will help with chronic constipation, especially when it is caused by or associated with opiate/opioid medications. Anyway, after receiving this bottle I took the full dose of two tablets and ever since the next morning I have had a normal, healthy BM including every morning since. Even if I miss a day or two of my probiotic dose, I still sustain regularity. As long as I continue my two tablet daily dose after missing a day or two. I have yet to experience any relapses of constipation. I have had a normal BM daily for the past 9 weeks that I have been taking this particular probiotic. I have had zero noticeable side effects, like upset stomach, loose stools etc. I went from having a BM once per week (on average) to consistent daily regularity. I have experienced some of the worst constipation symptoms over the past 14 years including an entire month of November with a single BM. I don't normally believe in a magic pill for ailment, but this has been just that for me. To find that a relatively inexpensive, easy solution is available is such as relief for me. I have tried Kefir and other dairy products claiming to have billions of CFUs of probiotics and they did not help, at all. I have tried Metamucil and many similar fiber supplements to no avail. These probiotic capsules are relatively small and easy for me to swallow. I haven't noticed any flavor when I burp within an hour or two taking my daily two capsules. I have been taking the capsules with my lunch, just because that tends to be my largest meal of the day. If you are suffering the way I was with irregularity, I strongly urge you to try this product. I can't endorse any other probiotic capsule-type supplements simple because I have not tried any other probiotic capsules that are similar to this product. But, I know this one has worked wonders for me since day one and now I am on day 50. I hope this review can help at least one person to experience the same kind of relief that I have from using this probiotic. Update: After 3 months these probiotic capsules are working a little too well for me. I have had to adjust the amount that I take down to 1 capsule every other day. That is 1/4 of the dosage I was taking before. But, I was getting some loose stool and found myself having to return to the restroom to re-clean up to 3 or 4 times in a day after a loose BM. This decrease in the number of capsules I am taking has not decreased my regularity. However, I have still been having fairly loose BMs. I have never experienced this problem of having to return to the rest room multiple times to re-wipe. I know a lot of you do not want to read about BMs. But, I know I would want to know this information had I been able to read it before making a decision on the type of probiotic to try first. If you are having constipation more than a few time per month, this probiotic could be a cure for your discomfort. Just keep in mind that the recommend dosage on the bottle can be decreased without diminished results.

Easy to swallow capsule. Seems to be working.

This is an excellent probiotic. I feel like I get the proper amount of CFUs actually used by my body, not just skimming off and being excreted. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow. Not too big, not too small. Taking this has really help stave off common gut issues like diarrhea by adding more good flora to help strike a better balance in the gut. I don't honestly know how many of the 50 Billion CFUs comprised of 20 strains are actually bioavailable (aka usable by by body) but I've used several probiotics and I seem to get the best results from this one.

I've bought this product 17x (so for several years). This is the first time I've seen the capsules not be completely full. Ignore my nail polish, the 3 between index and middle finger are from the last bottle I purchased. They always look like this. The 4 between thumb and index are from the new bottle. All of them were tapped to level out the powder, so the new pills are less full than the previous. Whether it's been formula change, tariffs/short supply, or machine mishap, I'm paying same price for presumably less product, so that's a bummer. The product itself is great. Used it to help restore gut flora after I had covid in 2020 and endured stomach pain for over a year before having a light bulb moment that I probably needed probiotics. Disappointed if they'll continue to be manufactured this way.
