Great value! Very sturdy and high quality. I got it for my dog fitness area, and it’s great for the conditioning that we’re working on.

Gives a good workout. Just standing on this for a few minutes works out the legs and improves balance. Nice addition to our gym.

The half ball seems to work fine. The buckles that secure the band to the ball broke the first time I used them. I raised my arms to shoulder level and they busted. So if you just want the half-ball, you are good, but the bands are trash.

my Phys Therapist guy introduced me to this deceptively simple piece of gear to help with my balance problems. He had me step up on it, it was 'squishy' enough that my foot sank a few inches, and he told me to balance on one foot and to stretch my right hand forward and my left leg backwards! I actually got the hang of it but it took many tries...It inflates in a few minutes with the enclosed hand pump. there is a hole on the underside and the white plastic things that look like golf pegs are used [just 1 - the 2 others are spares] to keep air from leaking out. Instructions say not to pump air higher than 25cm...but that makes the ball fully inflate - inflate it so that your foot sinks a few inches. I love it.

I use a balance trainer in the gym all the time & with the 'stay home' & gyms closed I wanted to make a'mini home gym'. I love that I can use both sides of this balance ball, its well made and looks good too! In shipping one of the side plastic clips broke and I contacted customer service. They were wonderful and the communication was excellent. I got a replacement clips right away & they were very concerned that I was pleased with my purchase. I will absolutely purchase other items from this company. Great quality & great customer service!

I did a lot of research before buying. At first I was looking for the “gym brand” that I used to use at the gym but in considering other, more affordable brands, I found this one. I have had it for almost 4 weeks and haven’t had to re-inflate and that’s with three kids jumping on it as well as my use of it. Didn’t use the plastic clips for the bands, as I have other bands I use. Overall, I am very satisfied and would suggest others ignore the bad reviews.

I had high hopes for this because it's half the price of a bosu ball. However, it has a giant hole on the top of the platform right in the middle. So anytime you might need to do one leg balance skills or anything up on your toes you aren't able to. Since I am a gymnastics coach and former dancer, I see this as a major design flaw. that being said, it is sturdy and seems to work very well in other ways. I haven't tried out the bungie straps yet but the clips that hold the bungees to the ball are very flimsy and seem like they would break very easily.

As good as a Bosu ball plus it has resistance bands. My young family had to find creative ways to stay active while under quarantine and this piece of equipment was up for the challenge. It has stood up to months of daily abuse from my 6’9” husband and our 4-year-old son. I also turn it upside down, sit on the flat surface and do figure 8s with my hips to loosen the joints and muscles that can become painful after prolonged sitting. For added difficulty I also might try to balance a weight on my head or put it on top of a vibration plate.

This arrived when I expected it. It is a quality bosu ball, and came with the balance straps, and pump. I use it every day, and it holds up great. I have not had to re-pump air since getting it a few weeks ago. it holds the air. This is not a "cheap dept store" ball. It's a quality product.

MAterial muy resistente, se ve la buena calidad del latex utilizado. LAs gomas de tensión son un plus. Lo único que no me gusta es el anclje de las gomas de tensión , que no es como en la fotografía. Parece más débil

i use it to balance as if i was on a board and it hold me no problem. i weight 230 and it is built to hold me no issue.
