This is a strong dose for me. Made my face uncomfortably flush three times in 2 days. Had to cut the dosage in half. Other than that, it’s a terrific addition to my supplement routine.

A total game-changer
These resveratrol supplements have been a total game-changer for me. My skin used to be really flaky and wrinkles were starting to show up on my face more and more each day. I can already see significant improvement in my skin after starting to use resveratrol. I have also had joint pain for years. Getting all the sugar out of my diet helped a lot but as I get older, it has been starting to creep back in, especially into my lower back and elbows. Taking resveratrol every day makes me feel 100 times better and I really feel like I'm getting back to myself as I was over a decade ago. Bloating - also way down! And I'm starting to see some signs that my unfortunate male pattern baldness is beginning to reverse itself. What's great about this particular brand of resveratrol is that it is the effective type - trans-resveratrol. Other products sell another variant which is far less effective. The most effective one, as stated by Dr. David Sinclair himself, is the trans-resveratrol sold here. I can't speak highly enough about this product and it's going into my monthly buy list!

High quality
I take 2 right before bed and I can feel how it relaxes me. Love it. Just repurchase this but received a much lower MG pill. 250mg vs the normal 1200mg. Why the change? Id have to take 6 pills to get the same MG as my previous bottle. I've been taking this for a long time. Disappointed in the repurchase swap!
