What size should i buy for 8 year old boy?

We got 4oz gloves for my 7y.o. boy. We thought about getting the bigger 6oz gloves so he can wear them longer .. but settled on the 4oz since they would be more useful for him to train proper form without tiring out quickly. And at this price, when he outgrows them then we can always buy a bigger size later.
