I’m extremely happy with the iWALK 3.0. I just received it today after a very bad ankle sprain, and it’s already making a big difference. The setup was simple by following the step-by-step videos, and I was able to start using it right away. Compared to traditional crutches, this feels like a game changer my arms were getting sore before, and now I can move around more comfortably and feel more independent. I haven’t used it outside yet, but so far it has really helped me move around at home and feel more stable. Overall, I’m very happy with it so far and feel it was worth the purchase.

Suite à une rupture du tendon d’Achille avec interdiction totale d’appui, les béquilles classiques sont rapidement devenues difficiles à supporter, notamment à cause des douleurs aux poignets et aux bras. Vivant au premier étage sans ascenseur, chaque déplacement était devenu très contraignant. Ce dispositif a été une vraie solution : il permet de se déplacer sans poser le pied tout en gardant les mains libres, ce qui change complètement le quotidien et redonne une vraie autonomie. J’ai pu reprendre des activités simples comme cuisiner, ranger ou faire mes courses sans dépendre de quelqu’un. Un petit temps d’adaptation est nécessaire au début, mais une fois bien réglé, l’utilisation devient fluide et naturelle. Sur sol lisse, la stabilité est très bonne. En revanche, sur des surfaces irrégulières comme les pavés, il faut rester vigilant, bien lever la jambe et anticiper ses appuis pour éviter de trébucher. Avec un plâtre montant assez haut sur la jambe, il peut être utile d’ajouter une petite épaisseur (comme un torchon plié) au niveau de l’appui pour plus de confort et éviter les frottements sous le genou. Le tampon antidérapant est très efficace, ce qui impose de bien ajuster la hauteur pour ne pas être freiné dans le mouvement. L’installation peut sembler un peu technique au départ, mais les attaches rapides deviennent très simples à utiliser une fois le coup de main pris. Après plusieurs semaines d’utilisation, ce dispositif m’a été d’une grande aide pendant ma convalescence. Il offre une liberté de mouvement précieuse et constitue une excellente alternative aux béquilles classiques.

First Product itself is good quality. The version i got has lots of padding which helps a lot for comfort. Although it takes a little adjusting to. Once familiar the product feels like it's well thought out and sturdy. Little items like the height adjustment actually has mid stop points on different holes to allow more variability. The straps all are padded. The ability to tighten the straps and then loosen easily is great and well thought out. Really appreciate that. Delivery,. Took a little while to arrive but actually arrived earlier than the indicated date by a good 2 business days. So pleased about that. Delivery was by DPD and box was compact. First use, the website videos are really good. How to assemble it, how to get familiar with it. It feels like the manufacture actually cares to ensure the familiarity and each step is broken down (3 videos all detailing steps ). Personal impact, this can't be understated. As an independent person I value my freedom of movement.. being limited to crutches and being forced to sitting down due to broken foot was depressing. This device I am so happy with. The biggest thing is it allows me freedom of hands when moving which is a big thing for me. I am not back to fully mobile. I feel this is so much better than using armpit or forearm crutches. Highly recommend it. Cost, it's a bit expensive. And the cost on Amazon is more than other sites in Germany by 15percent. But I wanted the value of returning easily. After the first full day with, I would pay more money for it as it improves my quality of life significantly. Overall, highly recommended if you can afford and value your independence. It takes work to get used to but so so so worth it.

I broke my foot 4 days before my wedding, I was told by my first doctor that I would not be able to walk on my foot, and this basically saved the day. The company was super understanding as well because I had originally ordered off their website directly, then saw the Amazon would deliver same day,and they let me cancel my first order with no hassle. The lady I talked to (Jennifer H) was also super sweet and wanted to help me in anyway possible. Also, the value for the money is great because mobility on my wedding day was worth so much to me and the reasonable price of this was something that I’m so grateful for. It took me a couple of days to get the hang of walking with it and to build stability, I got it like 3 days before my wedding, and was walking fine on it by the wedding. we ended up going on a honeymoon where i was able to walk on the beach and through towns and all over the place. Super thankful that I found this product. I couldn’t really sit down comfortably without propping it way up, or like run or do anything intense with it, but it’s effective at what it’s supposed to do. The gait was a little funky for me no matter how much I practiced but most people said they couldn't tell unless they knew I had it on. I had a super flowy dress on and it covered it pretty much entirely unless I pulled my dress up. Honestly, I just think it was a God sent gift for me because I was so sad to think I couldn’t walk on my wedding. it did leave some marks on my thighs but that could have been due to how I tightened it.
