Is this truly stainless steel? or aluminum? I've seen other models, all made by Mercato, but some say aluminum. I'm confused.

This model is aluminum , hope that helps Happy holidays Cliff D

What size are th cookies?

Hello! My name is Jessica, an employee at HIC Harold Import Co. Thank you for inquiring about the Marcato Atlas Deluxe Biscuit Maker Press, Made in Italy! In regards to your question, the press provides two sizes. Easily adjust cookie sizes from large to small with just the turn of a knob; yields 35 to 40 small cookies and 20 to 25 large cookies. Simply remove the top, insert the disc shape, and fill with dough. Each press of the handle advances the dough with a firm, gentle pressure for consistent looking cookies. Disassembles for easy cleaning. Please feel free to contact me at jpetrecca@haroildimport.com with any other questions or concerns about this product. Hope this was helpful!

Useful cookie press

Bought this cookie press because it's from the same company as my favorite Youtube baker uses and I was not disappointed. Very easy to use, you don't get tired even after 10 batches of cookies in a row and very easy to clean. The manual is very useful and provides clear instructions. The press isn't flimsy at all (but also not heavy) and looks like it will last years.

Genial
