Can you hang this from a ceiling ? to put it in a garage or porch?

My son hung it from a tree, as long as you have it hanging from a support beam and not just hook in the drywall ( ceiling)

Can you attach this to a swing set?

Jason-some of us actually have trees in our yard 🤦🏼♀️

Can you attach this to a tree limb with a single rope/anchor point?

yes you can attach this swing to a tree!

People are saying this is not actually 48". Are other people finding it is only 40"?

There are two options, 40" and 48". You have to select the one you want when you order.
