Nice scraper but use it for flipping burgers too
Just got this for my griddle and made some smash burgers with them. I used my regular Blackstone spatulas to press down on my patties while using the scraper to supply the extra force needed for a good smashing. Afterwards using this scraper to get underneath the patties and flip them was super simple. Easily got underneath and got under the charred bits of meat that make flipping with the Blackstone spatulas a little more cumbersome. After cooking this scraper made cleanup a breeze. Much easier than the flimsy spatulas which are not good for cleaning and with the handle further away from the heat much easier to clean while the griddle was still hot compared to the Blackstone scraper.

Needs better handle
Would be better if the wooden handle was finished and not just stained. Scraper is nice and sturdy, works great.

Great for the griddle!
I bought this to make smash burgers on my griddle. It’s useful for getting clean separation when you flip them. I have used it for cooking many things on my cast-iron griddle, including burgers, eggs, and goetta. It definitely isn’t the most expensive product of its type, but it is relatively well-made and seems pretty sturdy. I hand wash and dry it, in part because I don’t know how long it would last otherwise. I could see the wood handle possibly absorbing water and cracking over time if one is not careful. All-in-all, I am very pleased with its performance for the price and would definitely buy it again.
