Can’t live without these!
I love these. I have sensitive skin and they never irritate it. They leave my skin feeling smooth and clean while minimizing any blemishes that pop up.

It works! I mean it!
***update- my face is still clear from painful, cystic acne. I will occasionally still get minor breakouts (that time of the month), but nothing even remotely close to what it was earlier this year. The exfoliating pads are awesome. But again, but sure to moisturize after usage to prevent dry or flakey skin. Also, the fact that they offer a free product is just a bonus, my 5-star review is based solely on how well it has worked for me*** I've been suffering from very painful cystic acne since the beginning of the year. I came off my birth control late last year and I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroid condition, so ever since then I have had very painful and terrible breakouts of cystic acne on my chin/jawline. I have tried just about every remedy you can think of and nothing was even making a dent. My face would get so inflammed and hurt so badly I would have to take some Tylenol to relieve the pain. I had one cyst get so large it made my lip swell up like I got punched in the face (just to give you an idea of where I am coming from). I started using these pads almost a week ago and have seen dramatic improvement in my face! I am NOT joking at all. I've had no new painful cysts in almost a week, which is a first in over three months. The cysts I did have on my face have shrunken almost completely and dries up. The redness is going away and my chin actually looks normal again. I will say, these suckers burn like the dickens when you apply them, but it's worth it. Be sure to moisturize your face once the medication from the patch dries. Moisturize a lot!! Trust me. So, for anyone who has stubborn acne (cystic or otherwise) give these a try. My 5-star review comes from the fact it has worked for me after months of feeling self-conscious, defeated, and embarrassed over my post-baby hormonal acne.

Love!
My daughter loves this item. It has truly helped with her acne and does not dry her face out.

Okay
I started this product 3 weeks ago, and I've had odd results. Kinda good, Kinda bad. I'm probably 3/4 done with my first jar of pads, and i plan on finishing so hopefully if I continue the results will get better. I got them for pores, bumps and pimples. I use 1 pad in the am, and 3 at night. So, my face IS clearer. In regards to the tiny bumps I had below the surface, the ones that don't get red, they just give you a bumpy appearance. They are completely gone. My pores, are the smallest I've ever seen them in my life. BUT, I have been getting deep pimples. Like maybe cystic? I've never had that before. Now unlike a normal pimple, the pads do help rid them, or dry them out in about a day. They're easily concealed with a little makeup but they do hurt a bit. And I feel like i went backwards. I rarely had this many breakouts. BUT, but, the results with my texture and pores improving so drastically makes me want to continue the pads and see what happens. I may give the face wash a try. I'm wondering if its just pushing all the impurities out? Anyway, I'll give an update once I finish. I did recently change my concealer as well, so that may be a culprit. EDIT 4/24/2020 So I changed my routine a bit. Started washing my face with Dove Sensitive skin bar soap before using the pads. I also only use the pad once daily instead of twice now. One week of doing this, and I'm makeup free today!! My skin is clear. Blemishes from old spots are fading! I'm gonna keep this up and see how it goes. So far, amazing results!

It Uses Mendalic Acid! God Send If Pimples Are Caused By Hair
***Edit at Bottom*** ***2nd Edit Added*** Ok, so these are flat out awesome, and I'm pretty sure I know why..... If you suspect your breakouts on your arms, chest, back, and even face, could possibly be due to folicalitis, then you need to give this a shot. If you have fine hair that grows on your body, it might be folicalitis as any new hair isn't "stiff" enough to break through your skin. The difference with these pads are that they use mendalic acid, and not Benzoyl peroxide or sylicic acid found in most other acne treatments. Within a day (pics are from before use and then the next day) I noticed the "chicken bumps" on my arms decrease by over 50%, and the issues on my back shrink considerably. It's been a week now, and I'm pimple free on my face, chest, and only have 1 new occurrance on my back, but it is in a hard to reach spot, so I believe I was missing it with the pads. The chicken bumps on my arms have now decreased by about 90% compared to when I first used these. At the very least, they are worth a shot in my opinion. Fantastic results for me. ***Edit*** These keep getting better and better.... After about 3 weeks of regular use, the cystic acne/folliculitis is almost 100% gone.....I would be 100%, but a few days ago I got a new solo pimple on my shoulder. However, I've now gone from a total of over a dozen large pimples of my face and body to just the one new one. This has been nothing short of a miracle for me. Obviously, there is no guarantee it will work as well, or even at all for some people, but it's absolutely worth a shot at the very least. I do have one complaint/request for the company though.... Make these available in a larger "body wipe" style. Seeing as they're meant for face, I have to use 2 or 3 just on my back for each application. That's my only feedback on what is otherwise a perfect product for me. ***2nd Edit*** After a few months, these have continued to be effective. So much so that my dermatologist asked me what I was using and after a little of her own research on them, has started recommending them to certain patients. AT THE TIME OF THIS EDIT, THEY'RE ALSO 50% OFF, SO I'M STOCKING UP My one and only "gripe" remains however....I wish they offered them in a larger body wipe size for those of us who use them other places in addition to the face.

Great value for the money works very well
I’ve been using these pads for a few weeks and they’ve made a noticeable difference in my skin. The dual acids (2% Salicylic + 2% Mandelic) help with both clogged pores and surface texture. The pads are nicely textured—gentle enough not to irritate, but still give a good exfoliating feel. They’re especially helpful for oily or acne-prone skin. I saw fewer breakouts and less redness after regular use. One pad is enough for the whole face. There’s a slight medicinal scent, but nothing overpowering. The only downside is that they can be a bit drying if used too often, so I stick to once a day or every other day. Also, those with very sensitive skin might want to do a patch test first. Bottom line: Great for managing acne and keeping pores clear. Just be mindful of dryness.

Great product, but keep in mind...
I deal with a lot of stress acne on my cheeks and forehead (some cystic acne, a TON of blackheads, and whiteheads). I use this is conjunction with Keeva Tea Tree Oil Acne Cream and it does wonders for my skin. Because I used both in conjunction, I wondered if one was having more of an impact on my skin than the other. So while the Neutralyze product was sold out, I purchased the Oxy cleansing pads. While using those, I began to break out again. Although the Oxy pads kept away the cystic acne, I kept getting regular pimples on my cheeks and forehead. When the Neutralyze came back in stock, I repurchased and my zits began to shrink over night. I give it 5 stars because it really does keep all types of acne away on my face. But, there are a few things to keep in mind: 1. This product is pricey. There are cheaper options that are less than half the price. I continue to use these because I know they will work for my skin. 2. I kept them in my gym back and they leaked, so I ended up losing a lot of product and ended up with dry pads. If you are like me and just want to throw them in a bag, I suggest finding a better container for them that remains closed so that they don’t dry out. 3. I have sensitive skin, and if I use more then one of these at a time my face will BURN. It’s temporary. It’s bearable. But if you don’t have much tolerance for that then you might hate these. This product works by itself. It also works well with the Keeva acne cream I mentioned above. Using those products together does not seem to dry my skin out, and honestly has improved my complexion significantly. These pads do a great job of cleaning my face. I included a picture of a clean one vs one I used right after my shower. I’ll post pictures later of how much it cleared my zits after some use.

Very good cleansing pads, no strange scent.
I love this cleansing pads, made my skin look fresh and clean. No breaks outs and no harsh peeling. I’m hoping this would help the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. Using it every other night. No strange scent.

Triple the price
Bought last year for $23. Product doesn’t seem to be worth the price especially since companies like The Ordinary sell amazing exfoliating acids for $5-10.
