It's good primer, and isn't expensive!
This primer is extremely good! It's very well-priced, and although it isn't advertised as a high-build primer, it covers well and hides minor surface imperfections. Although it says it is a grey primer, it's actually a kind of green. Not a bad thing but possibly important depending on the top coat. It's touch-dry in 15 minutes, and ready for a second coat shortly afterwards. One can will do 2 full coats on a single 16" Toyota MR2 alloy wheel (front face and rear face) All in all, I'm pretty impressed with this paint. It's not in the same league as e.g. UPOL, but it's nowhere near as expensive.
