Necessity for my food truck
We installed this grease box on the side of our truck to catch all the run away grease from the hood exhaust. It has kept our trailer much cleaner and we no longer have to worry about dripping grease onto the ground. It was easy to install and it's easy to empty when needed.

Arrived sooner than expected, very well packed. Easy to install as a replacement for a missing grease trap. This is a good option for someone looking to replace a missing rooftop grease catch before the grease leaks onto the roof and damages the membrane. Much cheaper option than repairing damaged roofing. The funnel thing works well and fits various spouts on rooftop kitchen fan units.

the pipe is pvc, not steel. and it is too small for my oil exhaust fan. in addition, I think the oil absorption material should be included. it is easy install. overall, I am satisfied with it.
