It’s a long grain rice that taste delicious!
I just love this balsamic rice. I’ve tasted all kinds of rice and this is my favorite.

I am not a big rice eater because I hate the white rice sold in most stores; it is bland and gluey. The only 2 types I really like are Jasmine and Basmati and THIS brand of Basmati has far exceeded my expectations. It is long grain as expected and does not come all broken up. I found the grains in tact. It has a nice subtle flavor. The way I cook it is to thoroughly rinse the rice to remove the starch, then I add the liquid and bake in the oven. Perfect every time! Fluffy and delicious never sticky or gluey. I use the left over rice for stir fry the next day, perfect! Oh and it makes an absolutely fantastic coconut rice. Highly recommend!

So far Excellent , apart of one time...
Bought this rice a couple of times and always have been super happy with the quality and taste . However the last time I've ordered, the rice came smelling rancid , so its obviously expired and there is no expiring date on the bag ... It also can not be returned . I just ordered one more time , as I love this product and hope this has been a rare mistake , otherwise I have to find another brand ... And they rally have to put an expiring date on their product . Please!?

Excellent for making Persian rice that's not sticky and clumpy
I make Persian rice with this and it comes out perfect every time. You get long grains that are loose and not clumpy. This rice is absolutely excellent I've purchased it at least three times so far.

Bueno les dire que ese tipo de arroz me gusta mucho Pero al parecer esta Marca es un.poquito diferente Les dire que al cocinar Crese muchisimo por hay todo bien. Pero queda ligeramente duro aunque si desgranado pero duro diferente al Marca que compre anteriormente Solo.lo que me queda por hacer es que cuando vuelva ha hacerli le echare Mas agua para ha ver si es eso aunque no lo creo porque le echo lo cocine con la media de agua adecuada
