The clock is exactly as pictured and described. I hung it on a wall about 8 feet off the floor and it accidentally fell on to a polished concrete floor after hitting my desk on the way down. There was not a single scratch on it. So I would definitely say it's sturdy. It does seem to miss a bit of time over the past 48 hours since hung it up it's now about 2 minutes behind, but that could likley be because of the fall off the wall or it could be because I use a very cheap low-end battery. So I didn't take any stars off for that. I'll try a new battery over the weekend. This clock could easily work in a living room, a bedroom or an office. It's not fancy, but it has a very clean look about it the numbers are large and easy to read, the dark gray back color contrasts nicely with the white numbers and white hands on the clock which makes it stand out. This clock is truly silent in its movements, that was my number one clock need because I don't like small repetitive background noises like a clock ticking as they distract me.

First off, in the product description, it says to use AA CARBON ZINC BATTERY. (As well as the + side of your battery should be inserted first). I missed that until the next day after I ordered. I promptly ordered a pack of 4 batteries on Amazon(for $3.99 as per recommendations from reviewers. (Since they are very hard to find at retail). The clock package came in a fitted box inside of a mailing box, inside of 2 plastic bags to protect from rain on delivery day. Clock was in perfect shape on arrival. It is a brushed rose gold frame to the clock. (blends with other metals in room). The numbers are a bit more shiny and slightly raised. The hands and 2nd hand are shiny/shimmery and more true rosey gold. With the white background, it pops nicely. The glass(Or plastic, actually looks glass to me) is nicely done. Does not look cheap. The 2nd hand moves around clock like a rolex. The 2nd hand looks like it moves fast and continuously , rather than a jerking ticking. Oh, and it is SILENT! Just go ahead and order the AA CARBON ZINC BATTERIES as suggested and don't forget to insert the + side of your battery first. The other standard batteries will not be good for your clock.

I love that it’s silent, has a good battery life, is pretty (goes with my office aesthetic) and looks high quality. It’s easy to read and seems durable although I haven’t tried dropping it and do not plan to but it’s doing well on office wall.

Great looking and keeps time well but only lasted three years. Maybe that’s the standard these days. At least it’s not expensive so will order another.

We had a mini kitchen makeover, after all that hard work, my husband said the old clock didn't "go" with the more modern, grayscale color scheme. :) I agreed and looked long and hard to find a clock that would fit the decor. It's surprisingly hard to find a clock that looks OK and actually works. All the big box stores had little for selection and I returned a few clocks that didn't keep time or were too loud. This clock looks nice, fits our decor, and I love that it is silent. Be sure to purchase a pack of ZINC batteries to go with; I learned the hard way over many years that clocks work better with zinc batteries than alkaline.

I wanted a simple, easy to read clock for my TV room and this one fills the bill. I am a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to knowing the exact time so accuracy is important to me. I've had this little wall clock now for about a month and it continues to be spot on accurate.

I bought 3 clocks and within three years, all of them don't keep time. It's not the battery, but the clock itself. Two stopped completely and the third runs slower than the real time.

Not sure if this review needs additional description, but here goes... The best part about this clock is that it's quiet. Do you need a loud tyrant clock reminding you that you're going to be late?-- don't kid yourself, you know you're going to be late regardless. So do yourself a favor and get the clock that does its job without offering unsolicited judgment. It also makes morning poops that much more relaxing. Oh, and it's not ugly! :)

I was a bit worried that this clock would look a bit clinical, as though it would be more suited to a dentist's waiting room. It doesn't! It is surprisingly stylish - very clean appearance and easy to read dial. The grey face is a little darker than it seems in the picture but that just improves the contrast. The seconds hand sweeps rather than jumps and the clock is absolutely silent. Useful for napping on the couch. Very pleased!

写真画像と違うカラーの商品が届きました。説明を改めて見直すと「ローズゴールド」と…確かに黒い地色に銅色の文字盤・針・外周なのでローズ・ゴールド色なのかも。視力の弱くなった高齢の両親に購入したものなのに見づらい文字盤のカラーリングで残念。カラーリングも含めて掲載写真は同じ商品のものを使用してほしい。

Es absolutamente silencioso y lo puedo tener en la recámara. El tamaño me gusta mucho porqué no es tan grande como los de 30 cm (12”). El diseño me gusta mucho. Tal vez compro otro para mi estudio.
